Weight: 9 lbs down but this might be the last time you see my weight because I THREW AWAY MY SCALE!!
|My meal prep from last night. I wish I would've made a second salad. I ran out of spinach. AH! I need to get to the grocery store ASAP!|
Food Log for today:
11-2 c. spinach, 1/4 c mushrooms, 3 oz chicken, 1/4 c quinoa salad (veggies, quinoa, evoo, pine nuts), tiny bit of avocado
2:30pm- balanced shake
6:15pm- thought I'd have time to make a salad but I didn't so I made a balanced shake
7:30pm- totally needed my recovery shake (just blueberries, coconut, almond milk and vanilla protein ...which my spin instructor said looked like cement. YUM!) after SpinShred.
Today was a busy busy day and I felt like EVERYONE was exhausted! I felt like all of my students were tired (We even had kids take the soft dodge balls and lay on the gym floor during gym instead of playing! Hmmm...you would've thought nap time would be quiet later in the day! No such luck!). The adults were all tired as well. Needless to say, I didn't make it to my 5:30 pm class. I had to take a nap and then head to my 6:30 gym class. So...thinking about how I felt today...I felt TIRED!
