This morning I woke up earlier than expected and headed to Spin Shred. 8am class on a Sunday isn't everyone's cup-o'-tea (there were only 4 of us) but I LOVE taking early classes! I was able to get my workout in before I headed to brunch with family. And, I was able to start my day off feeling good about my choices!
