Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower or 1 bag of cauliflower floretts
- 1 tablespoon of Kerrygold grass-fed butter
- Himalayan salt (pink crystal salt)
- Pepper
Directions:
- Steam cauliflower for 15 minutes (or until tender to the fork)
- Strain
- Then...there are two options. a.-You can mash with your fork to a mashed potato consistency or b.- you can use a hand mixer or bullet blender to smooth out
- Add butter, salt and pepper to taste
